That's not a problem. Choose the Enterprise Hosted version (from €39 per month) — the app runs on our servers, you simply point your domain or subdomain to us. You don't need to worry about hosting, backups, or technical maintenance at all. If you choose self-hosting (Standard or Enterprise), we can also install it for you for an extra fee.
The app keeps working exactly as before — an expired update period doesn't switch off or lock the app. You simply stop receiving new versions and improvements until you renew. Generating new 3D models with credits works regardless of your update status.
Processing a single frame — photos → finished 3D model including automatic lens separation — takes about 1.5 minutes. You can also upload frames in batches of up to 20 at once; batch processing is faster than handling frames one by one, but naturally takes longer in total the more frames you process at once.
The app works in modern mobile browsers with camera access (for example, a current version of Safari on iOS or Chrome on Android). It doesn't currently have a fallback mode for older or unsupported devices — we recommend testing it on the devices your customers typically use before going live.
Yes — every frame gets a unique link and QR code you can use as a button or link on the product page of any e-shop (Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, or a custom platform). The app can also be embedded directly via iframe — for security reasons, the iframe is locked to the domain you set in the app's admin panel, so it only works on your own website.
With self-hosting, the app and all your data (frames, 3D models, statistics) live on your own server — it stays yours regardless of whether you end our relationship. With the hosted version, we'll export all your data for you on request before you leave.

3 months from purchase. That's comfortably enough to get through even a large collection — you upload frames in batches of up to 20, and one frame is processed in about 1.5 minutes. So buy as many credits as you realistically plan to publish over the coming months; you can top up at any time. Unused credits expire once the period is over and are not refunded.
You can order credits directly from the app's admin panel or by email — we'll issue an invoice, and once payment is received by bank transfer, we'll add the credits to your account.
No. The date on your license only determines how long you're entitled to new updates — the app itself keeps working without any time limit, and so does generating new 3D models with credits.
