Privacy policy and cookies
This document describes what data we process on this website and in the SpecsMirror application.
1. Contact form
If you write to us through the contact form, we process your email address and, optionally, your phone number and message. The purpose is to reply to you and possibly prepare an offer (pre-contractual negotiation and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries). Form data is not stored in a database — it is emailed to us and kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry.
2. The camera and the customer's face
The camera feed is processed entirely on the visitor's own device. The image of their face is never transmitted, never stored on a server, and we never see it. The app only works with photos of frames, i.e. product data.
3. Cookies
The site uses a single technical cookie — the session in which we remember your chosen language. We use no marketing or profiling cookies and run no third-party advertising scripts.
4. Recipients of data
We do not pass data to third parties for marketing purposes. To run the website and deliver email we use ordinary hosting and email providers, which access data only to the extent needed to deliver the service.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing. Just write to us. If you believe we are handling your data incorrectly, you can contact the Slovak Data Protection Authority.
