Terms and license conditions
These terms cover the sale and use of the SpecsMirror application. They're written to be readable without a law degree — if anything is unclear, write to us.
1. Subject
The provider supplies the customer with a license to the SpecsMirror application and related services (credits for automatic 3D model generation, optional deployment and hosting) to the extent of the selected package as published in the price list.
2. License
Standard and Enterprise are one-time, perpetual licenses — the app runs on the customer's server and may be used without a time limit. Enterprise Hosted is a service with a monthly or annual payment and no commitment; the license lasts for the prepaid period. The license is intended for the customer's own premises and not for resale to third parties.
3. Updates
For Standard and Enterprise, updates are included for the first year after delivery, then optional (Standard ~€150/yr, Enterprise ~€290/yr). Not renewing updates does not switch off or lock the app — the customer simply stops receiving new versions. With Enterprise Hosted, updates are always included.
4. Credits
1 credit = 1 automatically generated 3D frame model. Credits are valid for 3 months from purchase; unused credits expire once that period is over. They aren't tied to the license or update period. They're sold in packages per the price list; the smallest unit sold is the Start package (10 credits). Unused credits are not refunded.
5. Payment
Orders are confirmed by invoice and paid by bank transfer. Prices are stated excluding VAT unless noted otherwise. The license or credits are released once payment has been received.
6. Support and availability
Support is provided by email. Enterprise and Enterprise Hosted include priority support. With Enterprise Hosted the provider handles operations and backups; with self-hosting, operations and backups are the customer's responsibility.
7. Liability
The app works in modern mobile browsers with camera access and has no fallback mode for older or unsupported devices. Customers are advised to verify it on the devices their own customers use before going live. The provider is not liable for indirect damages or lost profit.
8. Termination and data
With self-hosting, the app and all data (frames, 3D models, statistics) stay on the customer's server. With Enterprise Hosted the provider will export all of the customer's data on request before termination. Enterprise Hosted can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the prepaid period.
9. Final provisions
This relationship is governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. The provider may change these terms for new orders; orders already placed are governed by the wording in force at the time of the order.
